Studio Policies

Please read our policies prior to booking your appointment. Booking an appointment confirms that you agree to the following:

 

Appointment Booking and Cancellation Policy

  • Any service fee made for appointments are non-refundable.

  • Reschedule: Reschedules within 24 hours will result in the loss of existing booking fee and a new fee will need to be paid. 

  • Cancellation Notice: Cancellations and reschedules made less than 24 hours prior to your appointment time are considered late cancellations and will result in a charge of $25. Please call or text to notify for any rescheduling needs. Our booking system will send you email and text reminders 48+ hours in advance to help you cancel/reschedule in time.

  • No Call/No Show: Service must be paid in full. Failure to pay no show fee will result in banned status as a client and you will no longer be permitted to book an appointment at our studio. This amount cannot be applied toward any future services

 

Late Arrival Policy

  • Please arrive to your appointment 5 minutes early for check-in. 

  • Please call/text to notify us in the event that you are running late.

  • If you are 10 minutes late to an appointment, you will automatically be billed a $20 late fee. The $20 late fee is compensation for the inconvenience of rushing the service and shortening the necessary time allotted for consultation, check out, and clean up.

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late we may ask you to reschedule your appointment. If we are unable to take you at the time you arrive. Ask your service provider if service can still be provided.

 

Payment Policy

  • Accepted Payment Methods: Cash is preferred, credit cards with a 3.6% fee.

  • To book an appointment at TSA you must pay a $15-$40 fee to hold your appointment depending on the service. This fee will go towards your total.

  • All clients must have a current and active credit card on file at all times.

  • Credit card payments will only be processed for booking your first appointment, missed, late, or no show appointment fees without notice.

  • Failure to have an active card on file will result in cancellation of any future appointments in addition to a suspension in booking any future appointments until a new card is presented and payment is collected.

  • Refund Policy: All booking fees paid at time of booking are non refundable. Our booking system will send you email and text reminders 48+ hours in advance to help you cancel/reschedule in time.

 

Health and Safety Policy

  • Client Health Information: To ensure the highest level of care and safety, we require all clients to disclose any health issues, conditions, or allergies that could impact the services provided. This information helps us tailor our treatments to meet your individual needs and avoid any potential adverse reactions.

  • Sanitation Standards:

    • Thoroughly disinfecting all tools and equipment before and after each use.

    • Regularly sanitizing treatment rooms, workstations, and common areas.

    • Using disposable items wherever possible to minimize cross-contamination.

    • Ensuring all staff members follow proper hand hygiene practices, including washing hands and using hand sanitizer before and after each service.

    • Wearing gloves and masks as required to maintain a hygienic environment.

  • Health Precautions:For the safety of all our clients and staff, we kindly ask that you do not come in if you are feeling sick or experiencing any symptoms of illness. Please contact us to reschedule your appointment if you are unwell.

 

Privacy Policy

  • Confidentiality: we take your privacy very seriously. We assure all clients that their personal information and any disclosed health information are kept strictly confidential. Whatever is discussed during appointments stays strictly between you and your service provider. 

 

Product Return / Exchange Policy

  • There are no returns, exchanges, or refunds for products purchased in office or online from TSA.

Thank you for your interest in booking with us! We are grateful to have your business and value your time. As your service provider we respectfully ask that you mutually value ours as well. We realize that at times unexpected circumstances may require schedule adjustments. As other establishments, our business is not able to make special exceptions to policies on an individual basis.
