Membership Terms, Conditions & Rules

The True Skin Aesthetic Membership is a monthly subscription program designed to promote consistent self-care while offering exclusive savings and priority access to services and products.

Membership Fee

• Membership cost is $55 per month.

• Payment is automatically charged every month on the date of enrollment.

• Membership fees are non-refundable after the 48-hour grace period.

Services Included

Each monthly payment includes one (1) of the following:

• 1 Brazilian Wax + Jelly Mask OR 1 Facial

Member must choose one service per month. Services cannot be combined or upgraded unless paying the price difference.

 

​Product Discount

• Members receive 10% off all retail products in-store.

• Discount cannot be combined with other promotions, sales, or bundles.

​

Add-On Service Discount

• Members receive 15% off add-on services when booked with their monthly service.

• Discount applies only to add-ons, not full services.

 

Commitment Term

• Membership requires a minimum commitment of 6 months or up to 12 months, depending on the plan selected at signup.

• Early cancellation before the commitment period ends will result in a cancellation fee.

 

Cancellation Policy

• Members may cancel within 48 hours of initial purchase for a full refund.

• After 48 hours, no refunds will be issued.

• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing (email or text).

• Early termination before the commitment ends will result in a $_____ cancellation fee.

• After the commitment term, membership will continue month-to-month unless canceled with 30 days written notice.

 

Transferability

• Memberships are non-transferable.

• However, one month of service may be transferred to another person once during the entire membership term.

• Transfer must be requested in advance and approved by True Skin Aesthetic.

• Retail discounts and add-on discounts are not transferable.

 

Rollover Policy

• Monthly services must be used within the billing month.

• One unused service may be rolled over for one additional month only.

• More than one rollover is not permitted.

• Unused services after the rollover period are forfeited.

 

Booking Policy

• Appointments are subject to availability.

• Members are encouraged to book in advance.

• Same-day bookings are not guaranteed.

 

Cancellation & No-Show for Appointments

• Up to 48 hour to cancel membership when purchased. 

• Late cancellation and o-shows will result in the monthly service being forfeited.

• Membership payment will still be processed as scheduled.

 

Missed Payments

• Declined or missed payments will pause membership benefits until payment is resolved.

• If payment is not made within ___ days, membership may be terminated and cancellation fee applied.

 

Discount Stacking

• Membership discounts cannot be combined with other promotions, flash sales, or packages unless explicitly stated.

 

Price Changes

• True Skin Aesthetic reserves the right to update membership pricing or benefits with a 30-day written notice to active members.

 

Service Changes

• True Skin Aesthetic reserves the right to modify available services if needed due to staffing, product availability, or business needs.

 

Behavior Policy

• Membership may be terminated without refund for inappropriate behavior, repeated no-shows, or policy abuse.

 

Liability

• By enrolling, client agrees to all service waivers and understands results may vary.

• True Skin Aesthetic is not responsible for adverse reactions if post-care instructions are not followe

We realize that at times unexpected circumstances may require schedule adjustments. As other establishments, our business is not able to make special exceptions to policies on an individual basis.
